Synopsis For Puerto Rico And The U
Virgin Islands waters... surface high pressure will extend from the central and eastern Atlantic southwest to the northeast Caribbean and the southern Bahamas through at least Thursday...producing a moderate to locally fresh trade wind flow across the regional waters. A cold front is forecast to move into Hispaniola Thursday night and Friday...helping to weaken the local surface pressure gradient and resulting in weaker winds across the regional waters.
