Synopsis For High Island To Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 Nm Winds and seas will be slow to diminish in the wake of the cold frontal passage. Lighter winds and seas are expected over the weekend as high pressure settles into the area. An onshore flow will develop on Sunday night and Monday as pressures begin to fall across the Texas Panhandle area. These moderate to strong south to southeast winds will persist until the passage of the next strong cold front on Tuesday.
