valley... Camas Prairie... and northern Blue Mountains. Standing water
will be a concern in urban areas where storm drains are blocked by
snow... allowing water to pool in low lying areas... streets and
ditches. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.50 to 1.25 inches are
possible in the warned area today through Thursday.
A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or has been reported.
Stream rises will be slow and flash flooding is not expected.
