Statement as of 8:12 am MST on November 19, 2008 ... Record warm low temperature set at Billings... The low temperature at the Billings Airport on Tuesday November 18th was 51 degrees. This breaks the record warmest low temperature for November 18th of 45 degrees previously set in 1995.
