Through midnight...isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms will focus west of a Rocksprings to Cotulla line...with the best chance of rain along the Rio Grande. Gusty winds over 30 mph and frequent lightning could be seen in the stronger storms. Most of this activity is moving northwest at 10 to 15 mph. Locally heavy downpours of 1 to 2 inches are possible...but most activity will produce brief downpours of around one-quarter inch or less.
