At 12 PM CDT... the center of Tropical Storm Dolly was located near
latitude 26.2 north... longitude 97.0 west or about 110 miles
south-southeast of Corpus Christi Texas. Movement is to the
west-northwest near 7 mph. Maximum sustained winds are 100 mph.
Minimum central pressure is 967 mb.

Store lawn furniture and other loose light weight objects such as
garbage cans and garden tools. Make sure you have plenty of Cash
in case power GOES out and atm's do not work.
With tropical storm force winds... unsecured light weight
outdoor items could become projectiles... causing damage and

dangerous rip currents can be expected. Water levels 1 to 2 feet
above normal can be expected today and tonight. High tide at Port
Aransas will be at 842 PM tonight. High tides at Port O'Connor
will be at 948 PM tonight.

Tropical storm force wind gusts are expected today. Sustained
tropical storm force winds are possible this afternoon.

Locally heavy rainfall is expected to begin today and continue
through Thursday... as showers... squalls and rain bands from Dolly
move inland. Localized flooding will be possible... especially
today through Thursday as excessive rainfall continues over south
Texas and soils become saturated. Rainfall amounts averaging
between 3 to 5 inches are expected through Thursday across this
area with isolated higher amounts.
