* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
Friday morning.
* At 10.4 feet... this level is about a 5 year flood. Floodwaters
start to affect low spots on South River Road on the south side of
Janesville.

* At 10.5 feet... floodwaters reache Oxbow Bend Road in the area of
the gage on the east side of the lake.
