The dreams of 8 years are finally coming to fruition.....

I shared the fun of Palmageddon with y'all.... so I thought I'd share the Royal Compound Facelift in progress.

I am so grateful that there are local construction folks in need of work...we've been able to keep our money local and help the economy here in our own little way.

City codes have changed in 8 years several times, but da OME has been great in finding the right folks to do the job right the first time - and keep the "code folks" appeased.

Below shows you what we bought (how it looked then) and what it loogs like now......work in progress.
