OK, this is only barely connected with the weather - in the sense that the common link is this WU site - but just a quick note about my "Ignore list". It jumped by 7 people in the past 10 minutes.

This may seem extraordinary to some, but if you search "pakaal" on Daily KOS or other sites you'll find I'm pretty active politically, and do a lot of commenting. That's what I go to political blogs for - reading and commenting on politics. I'm the last person to say what folks can and cannot post anywhere, but at the same time I can tell you the one thing I'm specifically not looking for on the WU blog is political commentary. That and simple troll-ery will immediately put you on my Ignore list. If anyone happens to find me ignoring them and want me to change their status, I'll be happy to change my ignore list upon request. I'm easy that way. But I'm also very LIBERAL in pushing that Ignore button. I'm here for weather commentary and don't mind occasional offhand comments on any subject, but going through two pages of pro or anti this candidate or that candidate where only one comment in three is weather-related, is really tiresome.
